Acupuncture

So I went for my first acupuncture treatment last Tuesday. I thought I would give this a try, I have no idea if this will even work. The acupuncturist seems fairly confident that she will be able to help my hair loss.

She put needles in my legs and arms, and a few on my scalp. She also used a hand laser and placed it on my scalp while the needles were still in. Afterwards, she did a scalp massage. She also gave me some Chinese herbs called Kan Herbals Women's Precious.

I have FPB, and I think some of my recent hair loss has been do to stress. Has anyone else tried acupuncture?

So far I have had 3 acupuncture treatments, and my hair seems to be improving. This week, I have noticed that I'm not losing as much hair. My hair has been styling better. I'm noticing short hairs on the side of my head (where I have been thinning) coming in.

So maybe between the acupuncture, Chinese herbs, and laser light therapy...it's all helping some how.
