View Full Version : Free Booklet available
I don't know if this may be of interest to some of you but I've just emailed to have a booklet sent on to me from Natures Best (vitamins). It is a booklet covering women's hair loss. I don't know about the content as I am waiting for the booklet to arrive.

I will request it, hopefully they'll send it to me here in the USA. I've recently stopped spiro and started more supllements, so this will be very helpful. Thank you!!

Interesting, I may order one too. Knowledge is power.
Yes they will send it to USA. I thought it was an e-booklet at first but they said they would mail it on. I am sure it will be promoting their vitamins but if we learn just one thing from it that will be something.

I just got the booklet (it takes longer to get mail sent to me locally!!), thanks. It has plenty of good information, there is only one page where it mentions the supplement they recommend. It is quite heloful!!
Gosh Victoria that was QUICK! I am still waiting for mine but I am having to get our mail redirected on to me. Will look forward to reading it when I get it.
Just read an article about the very same supplements that the booklet prescribes which is reassuring:
www.************.com/html/patentlysine.cfm (http://www.************.com/html/patentlysine.cfm)
missing part: hair loss help (without the spaces)

Wow! I'm going to double the amount of lysine I take. Once again, thank you for the very helpful information.

Hi
Wondering if I can buy this over the counter or if I need a Rx? I am not very familiar with all the supplements but read the article and it sounds like if I should take this.
How much do you take?
right now I only take Biotin.
Thanks

L-lysine is avaiable OTC at the drug Store, Target, even my grocery store. I buy 500mg tablets, and I take 2 of them . I take it at the same time as my ferrous sulfate, with a source of vitamin c (I use cranberry juice). Each of those things is supposed to help absorption of the iron. I also take biotin, 5000 mcg a day.
Good luck!
I bought mine OTC at supermarkets and drugstores.
I take (1x) 500mg L-Lysine, (1x) 500mg Vitamin C, (1x) Vitamin B12, (1x) 28 mg Ferrous Sufate Iron tablet a day.
After reading the report I may start taking 2 tabs of the L-Lysine one in the am and another in the pm.
Before I started taking any of them I Googled each supplement for effects, good and bad.
With the Iron tabs it was suggested to take it with an 8oz glass of water and NOT to lie down within 30 minutes. To take it 1 hour before a meal or 2 hours afterwards of any meal containing eggs, whole grain breads, cereal, milk, milk products or coffee. With that in mind I usually take the Vit B12 and the Lysine in the morning and the Iron and the Vit C mid afternoon.
