I haven't tried Ovation but its sister brand Mega-Tek which is made for horses (almost same formula). I dilute it with water and applied as indicated on the bottle. It is safe for humans and cheaper. I read somewhere that Ovation will make existing hair grow faster and Mega-tek will make existing hair stronger, but I don't think it was a scientific research paper or anything, just somebody's personal experience. My experience I'd say is positive but it is not like you are gong to grow hair overnight. Also you have to use product at least 3 times a week so it takes some commitment. I started very recently so it is early days still...
