The Salon at 10 Newbury Street

Patricia is a wonderful, helpful and patient woman who spends tons of time with you and never rushes you. She suffers from hair loss herself, so she really is the best person to help you out!

ALSO: The help deserving women with costs, and wigs are always sold at value-- she profits off of the main salon, and the regular beauty services that the salon offers.

I was seen in a private room, and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

(There is a nice waiting area with tea, coffee, wine, etc. for anyone who may be waiting with you.)

Thanks for posting this info - I live in Quincy MA. I don't have a huge amt of hair loss yet - no need for a wig or anything like that, it just falls out at an alarming rate just brushing or washing it. I REALLY need to find a hair stylist to go to that understands women's hair loss and other hair/scalp issues. I haven't been to a stylist in 3 yrs. last time I went I was humiliated buy the look of disgust on the stylist's face when she saw the chronic sores i have from anxiety-driven eruptions (the name if the condition escapes me).*
Cost is another issue for me - I don't work right now...I fear Newbury St as everything is do expensive there. I really can't afford to spend more than $40 or so on a haircut.
How much does this lady at 10 Newbury charge?
Do you know of any other stylists/salons in the Boston area that won't be disgusted by me?

Thanks again for posting this info!!
