Hello. I recently stumbled upon this forum. And I was wondering if it's true that once you've started on Minoxidil you can't stop. Because once treatment is stopped hairfall will return.
Is this true?
I used to have thick hair as a child. And as the years went by I noticed that my hair was getting thinner and thinner. More like an overall thinning. I went through some weight loss when I was younger (first bout of hairloss). This time I don't really know what's causing my hairloss. I'm thinking maybe its from the stress and another bout of weight loss (though I'm eating normally).
I've only started using minox for 2 weeks. Also started taking biotin supplements.
I don't want to be reliant on this product (minox) [i'm only 20... :( ], I'm thinking of looking for an alternative hair growth stimulator. Anybody knows an alternative? Tnx.
I feel so envious of the girls in my class with long, thick (but rebonded) hair. Can't help but wonder why this happened to me...:(
