I have been dealing with thinning hair/hair loss for the past 7-8 years (I am 31 years old). It has finally gotten to the point where I am going to have to do something about it. I have decided that I am going to get a wig - so I am hitting three wig shops next week. I have been looking online at websites that sell wigs, getting ideas of what all is out there. It is kinda overwhelming... I have SO many questions for you wig-wearing gals!!
Right now my hair is cut in a chin-length bob, stacked in the back, longer in the front, and SUPER thin on top. Should I get a wig that looks like my hair looks now? How short should I cut my hair to go under the wig? I feel confused about all this stuff. What advice do you have for a newbie to wig-wearing? What do you wish you knew the first time you tried on wigs?
Thanks so much! :)
