I recently consulted with a woman who specializes in hair loss treatments, including lazar therapy and what not. She recommended Ayurvedics for hair which is basically a natural Indian hair treatment using henna, alma, cassia, shikikara, coconut oil, rosemary, and peppermint. She claims it stops shedding and within two treatments two weeks apart from each other I will see regrowth. Seems a little too good to be true and I haven't been able to find many first hand accounts by people who have tried this let alone had success with it. I am on a serious budget and don't want to drop a pretty penny for treatments that are bogus. Has anybody tried Ayurvedics?

The best I could suggest and tried on many people.. Good phyarmacy's Brahmi Amla hair oil used for head massage. (A good pharmacy, if you don't get result is not medicine is the company's fault!) Also Aamlaki Rasayan can be used for oral use-1-2 spoon with water 2x a day. If you have lost your hair in some part and has baldness, try Hanthi dant ki Bhasm and Gunja ki Bhasm (Ask any Ayurvedic specialist near you) which you put on the head-affected areas. Gunjadi Tailam is also good. Avoid food that increases Pitta like spicy and hot. After your try, please comment and vote-whether you found any improvments or not. You may have to use it long term, you would not just get result after a week or so if you don't change your lifestyle.
